Megan H. Stough, Esquire is a dedicated solo practitioner providing legal services with compassion, clarity, and a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2021, Megan began her legal career as an associate attorney at a respected Lancaster law firm before opening her own office in September 2024.

Her journey into law was shaped by years of hands-on experience—first as a legal assistant, then as a paralegal and office manager for a family law attorney in Lancaster, PA. While working full-time, Megan attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School part-time, earning her J.D. with the same determination and empathy she now brings to every client she serves. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Business from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a proud member of both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lancaster Bar Association.

Her practice is built on the belief that legal services should be approachable, transparent, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether guiding clients through Social Security Disability claims or helping families plan for the future, Megan offers thoughtful, personalized support every step of the way.

Megan was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Outside the office, she enjoys life in southern York County with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs—Chicken and Kole. You’ll often find her at the dirt track cheering on family during races, hiking local trails, exploring antique shops, or testing out new Hello Fresh recipes. She also lends a hand in her husband’s business, Tip-Top Roofing Solutions LLC, and has participated in the Relay for Life of Lancaster County every year since 2011, reflecting her strong ties to the community and her passion for helping others thrive.
